- She is currently working in XXX as IT PMO & Service Operation Manager. She was the IT NMP Representative doing maintaining the business requirement in line. Tracking IT delivery progress and communicate with other team for the IT system security.
- She has experience in establishing and maintaining the IT project management framework, guideline, template, sample, and other toolkit. She also involved in defining the project KPI and monitor the achievement result, and analysis on the improvement points.
- She has experience in Salesforce implementation. She is also exposed in Manufacturing and no manufacturing sales related support. She has experience supporting CRM, OMS when she was in Baozun since they have online T-mall system and they their own OMS.
