- He is working currently in XXX as an IT Support. His main duty is to support in-house users for their computer issues in hardware or software. He is in charge in setting-up video conference using Microsoft teams. He also supported HK IT team for some IT projects, and he is escalating concerns to the HK IT team when the problem is not in his scope.
- He is strong in support Windows OS （WIN &Win 10）, windows server(2016-2019), he can troubleshoot it that is why he even rates himself in Microsoft as 5 out 5.
- He has an experience in structured cabling and setting up switches and router since he’s been an onsite support in XXX few years back. PS: almost configure completed by network team , I give local assist , make sure the machine can be remoted successfully, or fix some Physical problems
- Most complex issues that he was encountered was in office 365(Teams, outlook ,Excel) concern, such as not receiving any emails. So, what he did was he examine, check all the possible reasons, and ask necessary question to the end-user and last do the troubleshooting hardware and software based on the result of the examination or gathering of information.
