- She was part of the XXX helpdesk team, and she was handling Japanese clients and some locals. She was responsible for supporting Lvl. 1-1.5 concerns and when they don’t have access on the issue, they will escalate it to their Lvl 2 team.
- She was also supporting some applications such as SAP, ERP, and other local applications that their company is doing. She does have limited access in AD, so most of her activity in Active Directory is basic, like password extension.
- When she was in XXX, she provides APJ ESRS product support. Communicate with APJ customer, onsite team, and the case relevant team like the related storage's issue but not the ESRS.
