She took up a degree in IT to transition and is currently a freelancer doing systems analysis, creating data flows and management. She previously worked as a research assistant, mainly as the data collector handling model optimization, diagrams, analytics report and strategic planning.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She is strongest in the SSADM method it is basically a methodology about system design mostly used in Europe. Sher has done a government project, to help them migrate the processes, within the system and help them simplify the system. Gave them a report with all the system design, how it should work and all the organizational. She has around 5 years of exp in management as a freelancer. She has also self learned Python.
