Interview Assessment Notes 

1. His last employer is XXXX, to initiate the data structure and integrate all the data resources. He has 14+ years of development experience and has been freelancing since 2011. where he started his 1^st business
2. He specializes in Python for data processing, data engine to do events, process and data storage such as Kafka and Clickhouse, and how to architecture the database or the system to make the data flow as much as possible.
3. He had done system integration in his 1^st job, in both matter software and hardware. He has used SOAP-based integration and has knowledge of XML. He had many clients including, XXXX and he used Mulesoft for a while before and has used Kafka consistently. In the project, he used Mulesoft to do the integration and deliver the data to a proper component of a system, it was for a data integration component, by code, configuration file, put data sources and data format into the system and then deliver the package to the proper format for processing, and then used an open-source component from Apache called Kafka middleware and has been using it extensively since 5 years ago as it is lighter. He is very familiar with Kafka and has maintained a system since 2016 using it and has used it in multiple projects including his current project.
4. He had some supporting roles mainly about marketing and sales customer-related, communicating and supporting the business team and integrating into the development team and has hands-on experience in all kinds of BI tool for reports.
5. He has used the API of Taobao (similar to T-mall) and WeChat, he had a long term project where he integrated the company’s WeChat official account and kept track of all the data of the user, when the user subscribes or unsubscribes, leaves a message or click some card in the WeChat official account.
