1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Originally from Shanghai and moved to Canada 10 years ago. His focus was more on the data engineering side and after graduation, he joined a small startup called XXXX as a Data Analyst. His main responsibility there is to build analytical dashboards and creating periodicals. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Data Engineer where he was mostly involved in setting up the ETL infrastructure pipeline, monitor all flows in and flows out. He is also kind of involved in stakeholder management stuff. After that, he was approached by XXXX for a company called XXXX, where he was able to explore other spectrum or modern stack of the spectrum.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill in the technical side would be modern frameworks and programming languages along with BI tools. For database management, he is good with Snowflake, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and of course SQL itself. He also is proficient with data orchestration and data modelling. For the non-technical side, he is good with stakeholder management.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has about 5-6+ years of experience in data engineering/data analysis. Frequently using Python for production and has learned C++ and JavaScript during university/Master days. For databases, he is good with SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and has worked with Redis and MongoDB for a bit. Knowledgeable and experienced with AWS. Good with building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases.
