1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has a Bachelor of Environmental Science and professional background is more on data science and machine learning field. Have been working for several years and has worked in big companies, the last one was with XXXX as a Senior Data Scientist where she is responsible for the solution research and architecture/construction of the data system using Kafka, coding with Python, R, and C; she is also good with data, math and statistics. Has learn some machine learning and AI algorithm as well during her past roles. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Data Scientist where she was mainly responsible for data analysis of their website, monitoring of daily operation indicators and BI. Has created dashboards and reports for top management and other customers using PowerBI Excel, and Grafana tab. Writes query almost every day from the database to show to customers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the machine learning models since she’s very familiar; she has used it to make some analysis for their customer and predict the candidate’s behaviour in the future. On the other hand, she’s very good with mathematics and believes it is important in doing machine learning models.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Good with self-code queries and has built a job platform for one of their customers and their own company as well. Has been working in the IT industry for almost 10 years now and very experienced with analysis for batch and streamed data. Great with customer-facing jobs since she has done this as well before.
