1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Project Manager for iOS, Android, and Web Applications for XXXX back in Russia. He came to China last 2016 where he joined XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he did mobile games business development for one year and after that, switched to XXXX as again a Business Development Manager for E-commerce. After that, he realized he still has his passion for gaming and is currently a Senior Game Designer for XXXX for more than 5 years now. When he started here, around 70-80% of his tasks are mostly game design from scratch for new IT projects and most recently he’s also managing several teams such as the development, art teams, and project owners.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great understanding of different platforms and has worked on game genres including mobile games, PC games, console games, and VR games. Another strength of him is that he can communicate well with the teams in terms of technical language; he not only see himself as a leader, but as a grease of the company since he’s always there to support the company needs in different aspects. In terms of the technical side, they are mostly using Unity Engine.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience with both product management and game designing as well. He has lots of experience in game development cycle from game concept, design, development, and publishing as well. Although he wasn’t totally a developer, he can greatly manage a team of developers and game designers. He has experience working on a 4X game as well and was involved in it from prelaunch to launch, although he mentioned it’s not extreme 4X, he’d say he’s proficient enough working with that genre. He has been working in China for about 5 years so he’s quite knowledgeable about the market already.
