1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he has worked most of the time for telecoms industry. He started off with XXXX as an Optical Network Engineer where he was in charge of the delivery of DWDM. After that, moved to XXXX as an Optical Network Engineer as well where he was the technical leader of the delivery of OTN projects. Prior to that, he worked for several more companies such as XXXX as a System Engineer, XXXX as a Project manager for 3 switch equipment projects, he also was a Product Manager for the same company. And his last role was with XXXX as an Assistant Solutions Manager where he was responsible for presales solution for private lines such as IPL, IPLC, DIA, to the sales team for them to finish the bidding process for their DWDM and OTN equipment.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his familiarity with telecommunications architecture since he has been doing and working with this for several years now. He is good with many areas of the industry such as wireless, transmission, and also has worked as a system engineer before.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   When he was with XXXX and XXXX, he frequently have to stay in the NOC of their clients so he has about more or less 10 years of experience. He is also knowledgeable with OSI, TCP/IP models but not heavily touching it recently. Most of his focus lies on DWDM and OTN network. He is proficient with data transmission network operation principles and equipment and considers his knowledge with it as one of his strongest. Good with networking principles and protocols.
