1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She graduated from the XXXX with Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management. Afterwards, she joined XXXX as System Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer where she was involved with user management, monitoring and analysing system user and internal team issues in their ticketing system. She was also working closely with their product managers and other cross functional teams to effectively solve issue for users; so far, she has resolved over 1k issues without any complaints. Apart from that, she was also building report for their users, do database management, closely monitor progress, ensure timely project delivery, and also test new features and find some bugs to be resolved. Currently, she’s a System Support/SaaS Engineer where she’s doing pretty much the same; resolve issues from users, help with the implementation, and training users in how to user their SaaS software.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she needs to frequently communicate with their users, product managers, and development team as well. She is also great with doing reports for their systems users; proficient with doing technical/system support and SaaS support as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She came from data analytics and project management background; she is currently a technical support for a SaaS company so she’s familiar already with the roles and responsibilities of it. Also has experience with logistics and cargo industry especially in her previous role. Knowledgeable with SaaS applications and is very willing to learn more about cloud platforms.
