1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he worked as an Embedded Software Engineer for XXXX where he mainly works on GPRS and was involved in some SDS for Radio RAM Capture. He was moved to XXXX for the same position. After that, he joined XXXX which eventually was bought by XXXX, he worked there as a Software Developer/Tech Lead and was involved in variety of projects for XXXX. He was also a Software Development Consultant for XXXX and was an Embedded Systems Engineer for XXXX for a short span of time. He went back to China and was a Principal Systems Application Engineer for XXXX where he worked on data center storage solutions, working with both hardware and software. Moved to XXXX as a Principal Application Engineer and is currently working with a Russian AI-based company where he is responsible for controlling the product quality such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and such.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the embedded systems since he has been working with this since the start of his career. He’s good with assembly, C programming, registers, and hardware as well. He also has setup lots of lab in Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been dealing with PCBAs for daily basis and is very well versed with its ins and outs. He is also experienced designing PCBs, doing schematics, board layouts, and such. Proficient with lab test equipment such as logic analyser, scopes, and such; strong with technical data analysis/reports. Has knowledge and experience with PCB soldering as well and rework although might need to use magnifiers already. Familiar with both digital and analog circuit, also with doing board layouts, positioning of the components, overlay and markings. Knowledgeable with RLC laws as well.
