1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 20 years of overall experience with material and process engineering. He is currently working with XXXX in Beijing as a Staff Engineer where he is in charge of the manufacturing involvement and ensure new products are good to go. Before this, was a Chief Engineer for XXXX in Taiwan where he had to lead several projects and team investigation, problem analysis, and implementation of solutions. He was working prior to this in the Philippines, XXXX as a Senior Process Engineer where he was responsible for the EOL process on power and automotive packages. Was also with XXXX for several years and had the position of both Process Engineer I and II. He started off as a Technical Support Engineer for XXXX and a Process Engineer for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be his great knowledge in DOE or Design of Experiment. He is also in the semiconductor industry for several years so he’s well-versed already with it as well as process engineering in general.
