1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was a Java Developer at XXXX where he was handling a major e-commerce project with Amazon. He was also involved here in developing applications and software. He also has developed a junior open platform for this role which has become really efficient in their website. Most of the technologies involed are Java, Spring Boot, Redis, and ElasticSearch. He also is leading with a team consisting of 10 members; frontend & backend developers, product managers, and engineers. Before that, he was also a Java Developer for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Java since he’s been doing this for a long time already and he’s very familiar with it as well. He is also proficient with ElasticSearch and has been using this for about 6 years. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in working with Java.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
