1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX, an electronics distributor, where he was in charge of the purchasing and sales departments. He was responsible for catering the inquiries from their customers and pay attention to their problems. Before this, he was self-employed and founded XXXX where he was involved and was responsible with everything from the sales, marketing, finance, client/customers management, as well as vendor management. He also run and built the business by himself. Also, he was involved in sales and marketing for XXXX as a Purchasing Manager and was an international buyer for XXXX. During these times, he mostly handled electronic home appliances and was mostly involved in the semiconductor process, sales, and marketing.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills; he is good with solving problems and giving quality solutions to their clients/customers. Also mentions that he is good with sales and semiconductor sourcing.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, did sales and marketing in semiconductors. He also was involved in semiconductor process, not much of the assembly, but he is involved with the process especially what their customers wants for their design. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in semiconductor knowledge/experience. Has worked in different regions before especially for a Taiwanese and Japanese company, and mostly Chinese companies during his time in XXXX so he’s familiar with Asian Market’s semiconductor industry.
