1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he went to Hong Kong and worked for few years, also took his MBA in Hong Kong. He then worked in a Japanese company called XXXX as a Sales Engineer where he had the chance to learn about LCD panels. After that, joined his current company XXXX and started as a Test Engineer where he was responsible for providing a solution for testing LCD panels by using company test equipment; they also have been providing software solutions aside from the hardware ones. He is also experienced with testing some chipset at PCBA level, this is where he learned and acquired skills in the FPGA embedded system as well. He also has done HDL programming, wrote some logical function, and such. He is now being the bridge between clients and their engineering team and is working closely with the sales team as well. Since he is currently an Application Development Manager for the same company, about 50% of his time is spent on the technical side, around 25% for the management side, and 25% for the presales side.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great personality as an engineer and a product marketing guy. He also is very keen with studying new technologies and tackle different technical issues; he’s currently learning AI. He also considers himself strong with facing clients and is good with marketing, focusing on solutions that can bring value to their customers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has an electronics engineering background and has been working with test equipment and testing display panels for almost 20 years now. Has studies and worked a bit on FPGAs during his university and previous roles. Familiar with schematic diagrams, board layouts, and datasheets. Has lots of experience doing testing and has created technical data analysis/reports as well. Has knowledge of doing PCB soldering and rework but not an expert with this. Has great experience working with display panels and has worked with some LCD customers such as Skyworth, TCL, HiSense, and others.
