1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After his Bachelor’s Degree, he worked for 3 years in Pakistan and was with a solar company as a Field Engineer; he worked here with solar system installations and projects related to solar energy. After that, joined XXXX as an Assistant Engineer where he installed baggage-handling system including airport scanning machines; he did lots of troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning here. He also has experience with PLCs in this company. He then took his Master’s degree in China and finished Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Once finished with that, he joined XXXX as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer where he is mainly responsible for electrical wirings, 3D designing, 2D drawings, and electrical harnesses. He is also involved in doing circuit diagrams, block diagrams, and guiding other departments including quality department and testing department. In this company, he also frequently has to do the testing himself and have designed few hardware systems as well to test their BMS systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on various area including hardware, software, and good with programming stuff as well. Has great experience and knowledge with electronics engineering as well since he has been doing this for several years and took his Master’s in it as well.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 8+ years of overall experience in the industry including electronics and software engineering. Has good knowledge with IPs and other things related to software as well. Great hands-on experience with testing such as BMS testing, resistance/ground testing and using different kind of equipment including multimeter, oscilloscope, etc. Also proficient with technical data analysis since he has to do it very often after he’s done with testing. Great with electrical schematics as well, has done lots of troubleshooting in it. Knowledgeable with PCB layouts and datasheets since he’s responsible for selecting electrical equipment for their projects. Familiar with both digital and analogue circuit, have concept and idea about signal transmissions as well. Currently working in an R&D department so he’s familiar to it.
