1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently based in Shenzhen and is working as an Electronic Engineer for XXXX for about 5 years now. He is responsible for their products and also involved with schematics and PCB layouts; he is doing hands on electronics engineering here. Before this, he was with XXXX and XXXX as an Electronics Engineer where he does product circuit design, scheme, PCB layout, and also testing of the products stability before selling to the customers. He started off as an Electronics Engineer for XXXX where he also worked with the hardware team for product hardware solution design and debug.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be electronics engineering in general including PCB design, layouts, and using software tools such as Cadence Allegro and Orcad tools. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in electronics engineering.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 10 years of experience in the electronics engineering industry. He has experience with FPGA but it’s quite a while ago but can handle the basics. Have been using test equipment and technical data analysis for several years now. Very proficient with circuit design and can do schematics and PCB layouts, as well as product and component testing. Good with both analog and digital circuits. Current company is also an R&D so he’s familiar and exposed to it.
