1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working in XXXX as an Electronics Manager where he is managing the team and ensuring that the projects are running smoothly. He also checks the design of the team and cross checks if it’s good with the customer requirements. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Electronics Engineer and XXXX as an Electronics Engineer where he was mostly responsible of designing the circuit, customer communications, lab testing and outside the lab testing.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be power supply designing area since he has been doing this for most of his works. He can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in it and leaves some room for more improvement.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has more than 10 years of experience in the electronics engineering industry now. Knows of FPGAs and PCBAs but hasn’t used them for his roles recently. He is also well-versed with test equipment and technical data analysis since he mostly did this for his previous roles. Proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. He is more of an analog engineer but his current role has been giving him exposure to digital circuits as well. Has worked before for power supplies of TV but not their whole circuitry during his time with XXXX.
