1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 22 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry, working on OEM companies in which he handles mostly the engineering team in the software and hardware. He is also involved heavily in the technical side, for software he’s involved in development and build new platforms for their customers; for the hardware side, he’s experienced with troubleshooting. He also handles the budget control on the management side. He is currently working with XXXX as the Engineering Director where he takes care of all the electronic testing, testing equipment, and test development of all technology products. He is currently working for healthcare products in XXXX where they are making a test solution for their product functionality. His last role was with XXXX but it was not much technical so he decided to quit. Before that, he was a Director and Sr. Manager at Computime in Shenzhen. He also has experience as Manager and Software Test Engineer for some companies in HK.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Lab VIEW, has been using this since the start of his career. Rates himself a perfect score in an overall aspect including his skills, experience, and knowledge. He mentioned that he is into long-term commitment as well that makes him a good candidate for any company relevant.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 20+ years of experience in software/hardware design and development. Knowledgeable with FPGAs and has worked on this in his previous company. Good with testing equipment and technical data analysis; also proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets since he has been in the electronics testing and manufacturing for many years now. He is also familiar with both digital and analog circuit.
