1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10+ years of experience doing Hardware Engineering and is currently working for XXXX as a Hardware Engineer Manager. He started off in this company as a Sr. Technical Program Manager then was a Sr. Hardware Engineer after that where they are working on local hardware products. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Sr. Staff Application Engineer where he developed hardware and firmware systems for touch screen technology such as smartphones and table products. He was also an Application Engineer for XXXX where they have worked for Digital TVs and provided technical support to TCL, Konka, Skyworth, Hisense and CVT as well. He started off as a Hardware Engineer for XXXX where he worked in the R&D team to design/develop hardware for embedded systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be hardware engineering since this is what he has been doing and specializing in since the start of his career.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has about 10 years of experience working in R&Ds. Not much experience with FPGAs but he’s very good with test equipment and technical data analysis. He also has knowledge of PCBs, schematics and such. Has worked on TVs before when he was with XXXX.
