Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working at XXXX as a Principal Engineer and currently residing in China. Has been working in the semiconductor industry since 2002 which is about 20 years from now. Started off as a Process Engineer at XXXX, XXXX, and a Senior Process Engineer at XXXX. After this, he decided to pursue his career internationally at XXXX as a Senior Staff Process Development Engineer. After that, he transferred to join XXXX as a Principal/R&D Engineer where he is more connected to their three different sites for development activities, sites include Malaysia, Philippines, and China. His main responsibilities/tasks are discussion with different sites to finalize the design phase of tooling, also doing the process development and endorsement to the production itself. He is more into the technical support rather than sales and marketing.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would in root-cause analysis and providing directions on process improvements and process solutions. Strong with semiconductor especially in assembly of chips and can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in this since semicon industry is still very broad and has more to learn in it. He also has basic knowledge in production or wafer manufacturing.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and can say that he is very strong in semiconductors. Also familiar with Asian market’s semiconductor industry especially Malaysia since he has worked there before. Experience-wise, he doesn’t have sales and marketing experience yet but he is very keen to learn and try it. Fine with relocating to India.
