   He is deeply rooted in electronics design and has a background in manufacturing and electrical engineer as well. He is currently working with XXXX as a Project Design Engineer where he is working mostly on electronic packaging and chip packaging as well.

   Strongest skill would be electronics engineering since this is his background way back from university and also what he is currently doing in recent and previous jobs.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 6 years of experience, he is knowledgeable with FPGAs, IPs, as well as software. He is also good with test equipment and technical data analysis. Involved with schematics and board layouts. Aside from that, he is also good with working on large display panels such as TVs and monitors.
