1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He usually work for famous and top 100 companies in the world. He started working in Ukraine and help improve the electronics for different projects in the government and big organizations. After that, he moved to Shenzhen, with the same company where he still developed new electronics device for consumer areas including tablets, notebooks, mobile phones and smart phones. He then started his career with personal projects as a freelancer. After that he was a Hardware Engineer for XXXX where he tested and helped improved mobile phones hardware. He was also a CTO for XXXX for several years where he was in charge of the QA/QC and R&D electronics devices and also did research, debug, test, and automation with them. About 4 years ago now, he has joined XXXX as a Research and Development Engineer where he created and innovated technologies for the vaping industry. He also has lots of start-up projects that he is helping with electronics and multidiscipline technologies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be administrative works and tasks. He is also good with driving projects as a manager and has strong technical background when it comes to electronics and hardware engineering. Rates himself a perfect score of 5 out of 5 when it comes to both.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 15+ years of experience with electronics/hardware engineering. He is good with DSP systems development and has knowledge of FPGAs as well, might need bit of time to refresh on FPGA systems. Good with test equipment and technical data analysis. Very knowledgeable with schematics, boards, layouts, and datasheets. Proficient with digital/analog circuit and also analog signal transmissions since these are all part of DSP development. Has worked on R&Ds before.
