1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working for XXXX as a Senior Hardware Engineer where he is working on the field of innovation including research and new technologies, also implement testing new technologies to improve their products. He started working first in HK but later on moved to China for this company. Before this, he was an Engineer for XXXX where he has developed lots of electronic products and prototypes including brushless motor control, home appliances, wearable devices, and also Linux systems. He started off as an R&D Electronic Engineer for XXXX where he was responsible for developing wireless LED controller.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be in the field of mathematical physics since this is what he is good at since his high school and also university. He has also studied Electronics Engineering and is particularly strong with electronic development both hardware and software.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 14 years of experience in the electronics engineering industry. Has knowledge of FPGAs, IPs, and software, has studied them while in university but haven’t used them for commercial products yet. Great experience with test equipment and technical data analysis. Proficient with schematics, boards, layout, and data sheets; doing and working with both digital and analog circuits almost every day. He also has developed mostly for small displays and would be interested to try on larger ones. Great experience with R&D as well.
