1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he joined XXXX as an Inverter PCB & Electrical Group Leader and Senior Researcher where he worked on the development of electrical parts for drum washing machine, fully automatic washing machine, dryers, inverters, and worked on PCB circuit and PCB layout design. After that, he worked with XXXX as a Director where he worked on washing machines as well just like what he did in first role. He was offered a better opportunity with Haier Washing Machine and was the general manager of the development of drum washing machine, electronic washing machine, PCB circuit, and motors as well. Also worked as a Development General Manager for both XXXX and XXXX. His most recent role was with XXXX as a Team Leader where he was responsible for the design and development of refrigerator and automobiles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great knowledge of numerous semiconductor devices such as MCU, OPM, IC, PCB, and such since he has been using and working with these for 26+ years already. He is also very proficient with inverter PCBs and knows all kind of electronics components and semiconductor components as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 20+ years of experience in the electronics engineering industry. Has worked with hardware side of FPGA and has designed some himself as well, great with PCBAs as well and has been working with this for many years now. Great with test equipment since he is also the one testing all of the electronics components and doing technical data analysis for them. Proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. Lots of hands-on experience with PCB soldering and rework, considers it very easy since he has been doing this for many years. Has worked with both digital and analog circuits as well.
