1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working as a UI/UX Designer for almost 8 years now. She has worked in Web3 client for XXXX where she was responsible for the product design and user experience of their products. Before this, she was doing freelance UI/UX design where one of the companies she worked for was for a web3 game and the other one was a digital wallet for the company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the UX designing of different products. She has done user experience for products before including the web3 game and digital wallet she has made for her freelancing clients before.     

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 7+ years of experience in the UI/UX design industry. She has also great experience with the web3 space since she has worked for several clients and projects in this area. She is good with using different design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of crypto, blockchain, and DeFi.
