Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 15+ years of experience now as an electronic design and hardware engineer. Later on he was involved as well with FPGAs and high-level electronic system design. He is currently working with XXXX as the VP of R&D, they are currently working there with AI-based IP cameras and video doorbell systems. He is in charge of leading the team of four engineers and also leading the design team. Before this, he was with XXXX as an R&D Engineer where they have worked for air purifiers and he was the one to design the PCBs for them. Several R&D Engineer experiences before this including his time with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. He was also a Hardware Engineer for XXXX where he was exposed in lots of FPGA projects, was a Design Engineer for XXXX as well. He has been living in China for the past 8 years and has his own business there so no problem with him working in Shenzhen.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be electronic/hardware product design from scratch. He is also good with bringing up and designing both hardware and firmware; he mostly helps with the debugging and modification before going into mass production. Rates himself as 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to electronics/hardware engineer.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has 15 years of experience in the electronics/hardware industry and working for several R&Ds as well. Proficient with FPGAs, IPs, and has worked for these two in several companies; he can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in both. He has designed a video display product based on FPGA video encoding/decoding system and also have developed an FPGA scale converter for video display drivers. Proficient with test equipment and technical data analysis since he has been doing this since the start of his career. Very good with schematics, board layouts, and hardware datasheets. Also familiar with both digital and analog circuits.
