1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He originally started with XXXX where he first joined as a Support Engineer then eventually becoming a Team Lead for them. He migrated then to Hong Kong and worked with XXXX as a Systems Analyst, Team Lead for the Technology Team, and last position there was a Senior IT Engineer; in that company, he got to learn different skills such as project management, IT governance, and also got the PMP there. After his time in XXXX, he transitioned to a full time Project Manager in Nike where he focused on infrastructure products and some in-house applications. He then moved to XXXX as a Global IT Manager where he oversaw all IT related products and supports oil and utility companies for 11 regional offices. And due to family matters, he had to go back to Shanghai and was doing freelance consulting, helping businesses with digital transformation, involved with building up the strategy side, and also the technical side; he is currently an Agile Coach with XXXX
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be problem solving and understanding the business requirements since he also has worked as a CSM for a SaaS application company in Shanghai so he had to engage with lots of customer relationship project implementation. Also, because of his technical background, he can easily understand challenges and if there are any technical blockers or hiccup when implementing SaaS applications.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His experience is more of Project and Senior IT Management for the past 20+ years of his career. He has a direct working experience with CLP for 15 years previously where he was mostly involved with infrastructure-related projects and being a consultant as well for some of their helpdesk service delivery; he also has great project management experience acquired from that role. Aside from that, he is also familiar with implementing/deploying SaaS applications since he is also a digital transformation Agile coach at the moment. Has previous Customer Success Manager experience as well so client or customer-facing wouldn’t be a problem for him.
