- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working in the IT and technical sales area since he graduated for almost 20 years ago. And in the last 5 years, he has put all his efforts into the intelligent automotive industry in China. He is currently a Sales Director for XXXX where he is responsible for leading a small team including one assistant manager, two solution managers, and two project managers. They support the automotive makers within China laws including Great Wall, Hyundai Motors China, BAIC, and Shaanxi Auto. Before this, he was a Sr. Account Executive for XXXX where he mostly worked on on-premise & cloud ERP, SaaS HR platform, SaaS Supply Chain System, Cloud Data Analytics, and AI platforms as well, again mostly for intelligent automotive systems. He was also a Director and Co-Founder before that, also a Global Account Manager for XXXX where he was focused on big Chinese companies in providing them with XXXX service in the overseas market. In XXXX, it’s more on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry where he was the Sr. Account Director handling Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, and such.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be managing people, not only his own people but also the customers. So basically, he’s great with customer/client relationship management, sales management, and on top of that, he’s also good with project management.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 20 years of experience with customer-facing roles, mostly for automotive, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industry. He also is proficient with selling or handling SaaS products mostly for automotive entertainment systems. He is currently looking for opportunities in Hong Kong that might fit his expected package and his language proficiency as well.
