  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    His last role was with XXXX as a Technical Customer Success Manager where he was handling AI and SaaS platform and services for their customers mostly in the aviation and airlines industry. He was also involved in addressing and also helps troubleshoots at some points any technical issues or bugs encountered in their SaaS solutions; he was also hands on with their customers and ensures that they are satisfied with the platform and helps in delivering services to new customers/clients as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Customer Success as well where he was also working on deliverin SaaS solutions mostly in the supply chain management industry, also in the IT space. He started off as a Product Support for XXXX where he started to have aviation experience; he was mostly responsible for bug fixes and any technical-related issues reported by their users, he also handled incident reports and coordinated closely with different teams including development team and product team.

    Strongest skill would be in handling and managing customers since he has been doing this for the whole of his career. He is well-versed in communicating and bridging the user requirements to their internal development teams and vice versa, which makes him an effective and efficient customer success guy. He also is great in understanding the customer's pain points, understand their roots, and provide the best solutions to them as well. His expertise lies in the aviation, SCM, and IT industry.
