1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager – Enterprise also known as an Account Manager where he mainly maintains the customer relationship with high level and top tier customers; most of their clients are from cross-border e-commerce industry. Aside from that, he’s responsible as well for keeping their retention rate in high-level and increase their revenue by achieving KPIs. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Sr. Key Account Client Soutions Associate where he was involved with SaaS and designing customized international logistics solutions for their clients in Manufacturing, Cross Border eCommerce, and Exhibition. He started off as a Management Trainee for XXXX where he rotated with different department and was involved in logistics handover of requirements from their clients.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be anything related to sales, customer relationships, and business development. He has been growing his skills in customer-facing area for the past 7 years now so he considers it his strongest. He is also good with cross-border e-commerce and logistics in terms of industries.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He came from business and engineering background and has been doing customer success for 5-6 years now, along with account management. Also, since he is involved with their SaaS applications, he is pretty familiar with doing technical/product support for their clients; he has experience mostly for the logistics industry and mostly familiar with Azure Cloud Services.
