1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working for about 25 years now, which the first 10 years he had in the US and the last 15 years in Greater China. Pretty much since day one, he has doing consulting on application level and mostly work primarily for SaaS companies, focused on CRMs. For the past 10 years, he has been working with SAP people, doing sales management, service management, and customer data solutions, as well as digital marketing; basically everything that a company needs to run to reach out customers, sell to their customers that covers B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and such. Most of his experience is pretty much on the management, leading two teams: consulting team and customer success team. In the consulting team, they work most of the projects with the China partners but some of them, they do themselves; they are very good with product technology and safeguarding their projects. The second team he handled was the customer success, encourage customers to renew their service after number of years, serve them better, and improve customer satisfaction; the biggest team he has handled was about 25 people.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to work with big and top customers, works a lot with big enterprise customers for highly customized solutions; understand their technical challenges, business challenges, economy challenge and such. On top of that, he also has in-depth knowledge about both industry and technical, he can be a translator of technical requirements so they can come up with the best solution for their customers.
