1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He is currently working in XXXX as a Senior Customer Success and has been with them for about 3.5 years now. He was responsible there for taking care of their accounts in Greater China, he was doing customer adoption, retention, and collaboration with them as well. He also takes ownership of the strategy plan on a business level and works closely with their technical account managers to achieve goals by setting up and aligning with the customer’s requirements. Before this, he was also a Customer Success for two different companies including XXXX where he led AI initiatives with China companies and XXXX where he was involved mainly with Application Cloud solutions. He also spent about 8 years in Salesforce CRM before that and was with XXXX as the Manager of Salesforce Practice, he implemented there CRM applications and did business consulting/project management function as well for Greater China. He basically has more than 15 years of B2B software experience in Greater China, Hong Kong, and also Taiwan; has been doing customer success for about 10 years now. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his great understanding and deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS market and customer requirements in Greater China and Hong Kong. He also is strong with providing the right and successful solutions to their customers. Moreover, he is proficient in doing customer success function since he has been doing that for about 10 years now.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has overall experience of about 10+ years in doing customer success roles in different software companies, which has given him the experience with SaaS solutions mainly all the SaaS for XXXX, Salesforce.com in XXXX, and some application cloud-based solutions for XXXX as well. He had CLP as their customer for XXXX last year and also handled an energy/utility company in his previous company so he’s knowledgeable with the industry, he will also be open to travel/visit Hong Kong if required by the company.
