1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Service Engineer for XXXX where he was responsible for fixing the machine and after-sales maintenance as well of different equipment. After that, he moved to XXXX as an Engineer again where he is mainly doing installation and maintenance of lithography equipment being sold to their customers, also worked closely with sales and pre-sales. He then moved to XXXX as a Senior Sales Manager where he worked in the semiconductor industry such as different companies including XXXX, XXXX, and many more. He also has worked with XXXX as a Regional Sales where he sort out and integrate order information for each process of semiconductor equipment sales.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his capability to learn new technologies, he has lots of experience studying especially with the machines that he’s working on. He’s also good with the hardware side and also having great sales experience since the start of his career.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is knowledgeable with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. Has worked with several test equipment as well such as oscilloscope and also make technical reports after testing. Learning both digital and analog circuit as well. Has done PCB soldering and rework during his time with first company. He has been doing sales for the semiconductor industry since the start of his career and also have experience with large displays since he has sell TVs, similar equipment before; knowledgeable  with AOI detection as well. His current company is an IC supplier so he already has network and contacts in the industry. Not much experience with selling ideas and IPs but would be confident that he can do it since he’s familiar with the semiconductor industry.
