1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently with XXXX where he is involved with semiconductor trading between Asia and Europe, as well as China customers; he serves as a Business Partner for them and he helped open the company in Singapore as well. Before this, he was with XXXX where he managed products and discovered new automotive customer projects and have increased the business discovered with good numbers. In terms of doing sales, he was with XXXX as a Director of APAC Sales, XXXX as a Director of Sales in Asia, XXXX as a Business Development Director and joined XXXX as well before.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great network and connection with the Asian/Chinese market. He’s been here for about 20 years now and always wanted to build relationship and find partners and customers. He also has great experience in doing partnering up with some trading distributor companies, has lots of knowledge in the startup culture. Also has strong technical background and can explain design to customers and back to in-house if there are any improvements.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has great experience when it comes to sales, business development especially in the semiconductor industry and distributor firms. Also proficient technically since he came from an engineering background. Has knowledge of supply chain dynamics and has experience selling IPs as well for his previous company; he’s knowledgeable with IP licensing and such.
