  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Manager of Operation Optimization and Material Resource where he is responsible for the formulation of business system and process optimization in different areas including procurement, warehouse, planning, R&D, and such. Was also with XXXX before where he served as the Deputy Director for three different departments. For his sales experiences, he was with XXXX before as a Technical Sales Manager where he increased the sales in Micron to 40% above their business plan and also acquired his experience in doing 8D reports to address issues and problems; their product there was CMP Pads and Slurry electronic materials. Also was a Sale and Program Manager for XXXX where he developed the sales strategy plan for business expansion and penetration in the market; he was involved here with back end packaging, wafer transfer, and wafer sorter. He started off with some more technical roles such as Principal Engineer and FSE Lead Engineer roles.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be his strong technical background and his ability to understand the technicalities including its fundamentals and how it really works so he can analyse the problem and find the root cause. He is keen in resolving any encountered issues as a technical person.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has 10+ years of total experience in doing sales in the semiconductor and distributor firms including his time with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as well; he also has been dealing with sales people during his earlier experiences. Has strong technical background and considers himself a very technical person that can communicate to their clients and back to the technical team easily. Has supply chain dynamics experience since he was involved in supply chain management during his time with Global Foundries so he’s already familiar with the ecosystem. He’s also open to learn and explore more about offering IP and enablement; during his time with GF, they have some evaluation tools and he contributes some of his ideas as well for the equipment supplier. He is also the only person in XXXX that takes care of their proprietary information and protect their IPs.
