  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    Started his career way back 2003 and was a Customer Service for a chemical material company that manufactures coolant for steel manufacturer companies. Then joined environment protection industry as well as a Technical Support Engineer in the APAC Region where he handled lots of dealers and customers in Taiwan, HK, Japan, and South Korea. He is also involved in troubleshooting, handling emails, answering calls, and offering solutions service for them. After that, he was promoted as a Technical Manager and was involved in lots of sales since then. He also was a sales Manager for their market in China and Asia. After that, he joined a Spanish company where they handled BOCs. Currently working as Technical Support Manager.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill is that he is a fast learner and is always keen to learn more about computer systems and software. He is fine with dealing with end users which he mentions he is also good with communicating to users.   

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
    Has 15+ years of experience in doing customer service for several different industries already. Has familiarity with audio processing software for his personal time where he combines audio and music clips together. Can work independently and can work in a dynamic environment. Has lots of CS experience.
