1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 6 years in automation testing. After graduating, he moved to Singapore to work as a telecom system maintenance engineer for over a year. He then returned to Dalian and joined XXXX, where he worked as a QA engineer for over 10 years. In the early years, he performed manual testing for the software, and later transitioned to automation testing for both the web UI and API. He also took on responsibilities as a QA engineer, managing team operations, receiving tasks from project managers, and assigning them to QE members. Additionally, he has over 5 years of experience ensuring the successful delivery of software to customers.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
His strongest skills include proficiency in the programming language Python, along with some knowledge of other languages for frameworks. He is experienced with Selenium and can perform web UI automation testing. For API testing, he uses the Requests library to handle and test the API part.

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has a total of 6 years of experience in automation testing. He uses the Robot Framework for the research part of the other team, which is his strong suit. For other areas, such as GSTS and Java, he only knows the basics. He uses JavaScript in the application and has applied it separately in Cypress. For CI/CD, he used TrueConfig and the Jenkins pipeline to start automation testing scripts. After his configuration, the scripts run automatically every night, allowing the team to check the results the next morning and modify the scripts as needed. Also, after graduation, he hasn't used Japanese language for over 10 years, which has made it a bit challenging for him now. However, he can handle basic tasks, such as self-introductions, and can read and write test cases.
