Before XXXX, he worked at the British Council, a cultural and educational agency under the British Embassy, where he served as a QA Manager, leading a team of 20 QA members in software testing and quality assurance. He is skilled in Selenium and TestNG, which are automation testing frameworks. He also has hands-on experience with manual and automation testing and can manage a QA testing team.
