His expertise includes server-side testing such as performance, load, and integration testing, with skills in designing test cases and building testing pipelines from scratch. He is proficient with various testing frameworks and tools like JMeter and Selenium, as well as programming languages including Java and Shell. Known for his excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, he is also a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with developers, project managers, and QA personnel.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

His strongest skills include exceptional technical abilities, particularly in programming and independent design and coding. He has successfully designed and implemented an A2 testing framework from scratch using both Python and Java, showcasing his programming expertise. In addition to his technical skills, he has strong soft skills, especially in management. With experience leading a team of over 15 members, he is adept at managing teams, creating schedules, and coordinating testing efforts. He effectively facilitates communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

He primarily uses the TestNG framework for Java and Pytest for Python, along with other lesser-known frameworks. With two years of development experience, he spent six months as a UI developer working with JavaScript and TypeScript.
