1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has over 16 years of experience in testing, including a three-year as a Business Analyst (BA) that also involved development work. Her career spans global companies like XXXX later XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, where she gained expertise in functional testing, particularly in the financial market services sector, with some exposure to the agriculture industry. After moving to New Zealand in 2018, she rejoined the company in 2021, transitioning from a contractor to a full-time role. She has led testing teams of various sizes and has significant experience in both manual and automation testing, with approximately 40% of her work focused on automation.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

Her strongest skills include being a quick learner and excelling in communication and collaboration. Quick learning has been essential for her to take on various roles successfully. As a tester, strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial, allowing her to effectively work with other roles in the project.

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been in the field of Testing accumulated in 16 years. Her experience with the Robot Framework includes working on the rating project, where it was used alongside Python to develop custom keywords. She also utilized Selenium for testing an internal web tool for the Golf Corp bond project. Early in her career, for a Microsoft project, she used WTT, a Microsoft internal testing framework, for environment deployment and management. While she hasn't had much experience with modern automation tools for website or mobile application testing, she believes she can quickly learn them if needed. Although she has tested applications written in Java and JavaScript, she hasn't directly used these languages for coding her tests. In her recent BA role, she often worked independently, handling requirements collection, coding, and creating the first release version using Python, especially when no developers were available on the project.
