Currently, he serves as a tester supervisor at XXXX, specializing in the mobile sector. Previously, he worked for over eight years at XXXX, where he rejoined as a senior test manager overseeing a team of around 60 testers. Early in his career, he gained development experience in programming languages like C#, Java, and Python. His expertise encompasses automation testing across various platforms, including web and mobile (Android and iOS), API testing, performance testing, and security testing. He is proficient in project management methodologies, has a solid technical foundation in testing, and utilizes tools like JIRA for test management. Additionally, he is knowledgeable about the latest automation tools in the industry and excels in conducting testing with diverse teams.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
He specializes in API testing, UI automation testing, and performance testing, with significant experience in these areas and the capability to manage projects effectively. He applies testing methodologies to ensure quality and has extensive expertise in test management. He has led small to medium-sized test teams and managed larger teams of over 60 members. For the automation tool, Selenium is the most useful tool he has used. In addition to Selenium, he has also used APM, HP UFT, and Jenkins, along with some Python automation tools. He has experience with both Java and JavaScript in different projects. While he is familiar with JavaScript, he has not had many opportunities to use it. In CI/CD pipelines, he has utilized Jenkins and Bamboo. Jenkins is widely used in both his current and previous companies, allowing him to gain extensive experience with the tool across different organizations.
