1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 10 years of experience in software development, graduating from XXXX University in 2012 with a degree in Japanese. Initially working in a BPO position in India, he focused on client management for Japanese clients. After a year, he pursued ITUB certification training, leading to a career in testing at China Mobile, where he specialized in communication, finance, and e-commerce. His experience includes end-user testing for PC, websites, and mobile applications, primarily focusing on RESTful interfaces. Recently, he has concentrated on automation testing, utilizing a framework with Python unit tests, and has managed a small testing team to meet project requirements and daily tasks.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
His strongest skills include familiarity with various types of end-user testing. He has experience in development related to testing tools, particularly within the Agile model and some traditional models in the development circle. He is also proficient with tools such as QC and JIRA.

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has 6 years of experience in automation testing, primarily using frameworks for web UI automation in daily testing work. His experience includes using Python and the Selenium framework for testing. He is also experienced with automation tools such as JMeter, Postman, Jenkins, and PyCharm. He knows Java and JavaScript. For JMeter API automation testing, he has utilized Python and Java. He has worked with these tools for many years and is quite familiar with them, also conducting code reviews. In his current role, he is involved in CI/CD work and performs necessary tasks accordingly. Moreover, he previously used Japanese as a working language and he also graduated with a major in Japanese. He rates his Japanese proficiency as intermediate not fluent but is confident in his speaking ability.
