   He has over 20 years of experience in IT roles within the logistics industry, starting his career as an IT engineer with a Deutsche company. As the company expanded, he managed the entire IT team for China, coordinating help desk and systems departments for nearly 15 years. In October 2009, he joined his current company as the sole IT professional, responsible for all IT activities in China, including help desk, systems support, and networking. Throughout his career, he has led numerous IT projects, including system development, ERP implementations, and office automation, achieving significant contributions for his organization.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
He excels at balancing technical aspects with security, ensuring functionality is not compromised. In the last three to four years, he has focused on the logic and forwarding system components of the sixth part of the system. His extensive knowledge of the entire process has led to significant contributions to the company's ERP system, which integrates departmental components for seamless collaboration. He takes pride in his strong skills in system architecture.

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been into Logistic company for over 2 decades since he started his work, he has worked with companies like XXXX and XXXX, focusing on cargo and logistics. He transitions to help desk support, he advanced to IT manager, where he led a team overseeing systems, hardware, and network support. Apart from his experience he is also proficient in cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud, he has implemented cloud-based services in his current role, advocating for the shift from traditional systems to cloud solutions. Despite restrictions on foreign cloud services in China, major clients like Apple and HP use AWS due to existing contracts. His expertise also includes managing SaaS applications, a contract management system, with a strong foundation in database management.
