1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 1 and a half years of experience and holds a master's degree in computer science, having studied in Ireland. He graduated with first-class honors from University College XXXX, one of Ireland's top universities. He worked at XXXX for one year and seven months as a business analyst before being laid off in May last year. His expertise includes Oracle, Redshift, SQL-based languages, and BI tools like Qlik. He is also proficient in VBA and Python. At XXXX, he supported aftermarket sales, warehouse procurement, and warranty departments by implementing and localizing Oracle EBS and auxiliary systems. His role involved gathering user feedback, analyzing business processes, and coordinating with vendor teams to ensure system alignment with business needs. Post-implementation, he transitioned to Level 1 support, handling user queries, IT system requests, and BI reporting. He designed business processes for XXXX China’s BI team and delivered 16 reports within seven months. His contributions led to a smooth system cutover with no major issues, earning recognition from colleagues.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is the ability to learn. After graduating from University College XXXX, he had no prior knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle EBS, or BI systems. He gained expertise through hands-on experience. Shortly after joining XXXX, his hiring manager was let go within a month, requiring him to learn everything independently. Despite the challenge, he achieved strong results.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in Level 1 support, primarily managing ERP systems due to his deep involvement in the implementation process. With a strong understanding of the system, he handles user requests, such as creating Excel programs for data manipulation. However, for ERP system enhancements requiring modifications, he escalates requests to his supervisor to allocate the necessary resources. While he manages software-related requests, he does not handle hardware issues, as a separate IT helpdesk is responsible for such matters. Focusing on software support, he acts as a bridge between users and outsourced development teams. Additionally, he has experience in project management, including PMO-related tasks. He has experience using ServiceNow, where users submit requests and incidents, enabling him to track and assign tickets to the appropriate personnel.
