Later, he transitioned into IT administrator, where he collaborated on website development to promote healthcare products and boost sales. Then returned to Shanghai due to various reasons. His first role in Shanghai was at XXXX, a logistics company, where he provided phone support and assisted clients with website and software-related issues, such as account sign-in problems and password resets. Additionally, he contributed to the development of an internal knowledge system to help new hires troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently. He later worked in procurement, handling purchase orders. His role involved extensive communication with vendors to customize quotes, considering pricing, currency rates, and taxes, primarily for clients in the U.S. Managing time differences between locations like New York and Los Angeles required early morning coordination.
