1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has five years of experience in the IT industry. After graduating, she worked on Microsoft Teams support in her first year, troubleshooting login and performance issues, as well as other Microsoft 365 products. Later, she transitioned to XXXX, where she provided software support for backup, restore, and monitoring solutions, specifically for IDP. Her experience includes working with both Linux and Windows environments, particularly SUSE Linux used by Dell, along with some exposure to Red Hat Linux. She also handled Windows-based backup solutions, gaining knowledge in network troubleshooting. She supported global customers by reviewing their requests, diagnosing network and system issues, and providing solutions via email or Zoom sessions. Her daily tasks involved issue resolution, system monitoring, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her strongest skill is Linux, as she works with it daily. The product she works on, as well as customer products and certain data centers, also use Linux. Additionally, she is developing a Java-based product with similarities to Linux. Along with her technical expertise, she has strong communication skills when interacting with customers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has experience primarily with Dell switches, which differ from SD-WAN but occasionally share similarities. She supports fault resolution as IDP is part of their product. Her daily work involves software management, along with handling hardware-related tasks such as replacing parts, configuring SSO, and updating addresses for desktops and personal computers. She also performs basic troubleshooting and is familiar with the hardware in use. She is comfortable working with storage, backup, and other related hardware and SSO components but would need some time to familiarize herself with SD-WAN and server-related tasks. Her responsibilities include disaster recovery, restoring environments, and ensuring backups function properly. She also handles incidents like power outages, verifying system functionality. With three years of ServiceNow experience, she understands ticketing, writing summaries, and using different portals.
