His responsibilities include managing key enterprise systems such as the operating system, email, card printing, micro OA, and ERP systems to ensure seamless business operations. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include both hardware and software, such as Windows, Linux, system administration, troubleshooting computers, and network equipment.
