   He has one and a half years of experience in the IT field and holds a degree in Computer Science with a major in Data Engineering from Shanghai XXXX University. Previously, he worked at XXXX, where he was responsible for handling computer and server system upgrades. Additionally, he provided IT support to both Chinese and Japanese employees.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in software, particularly cloud servers and especially windows, which he  previously independently completed Windows 10 upgrades for over 200 company computers within a year and managed server operations, business continuity planning, and data recovery.  and he also has expertise in networking. Additionally, he is good  with OneDrive and  AWS and Azure cloud services. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in hardware, with responsibilities in his recent company including maintaining IT equipment such as PCs, networks, phones, printers, APs, and switches. He handled troubleshooting, user support, and networking tasks, including Firewall (OT & IT), VPN rule configuration, and access management. On the software side, he has experience with Windows OS.
