   He has over 20 years of experience in the airline and IT industries and is currently working as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager. His experience includes working with XXXX, a global leader in air transport communications and IT solutions, and handling projects at major international airports. He has managed various projects and assisted with system maintenance, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Recently, the entire team based in Guangzhou was relocated to India, leading to his job loss.

He is currently working in XXXX Airport Company and his previous company also was at XXXX a global air transportation industry he was handling software and network complications for over the past 20 years, he has been responsible for various projects, including system upgrades and migrations. Additionally, he has managed communication systems for 50 airlines and IT departments, ensuring seamless coordination and setting up new systems for airline and airport operations. His focus has been on overseeing system architecture, software implementation, and network management, making significant contributions to the airline industry’s IT infrastructure. His role involves regular communication with various airline operation teams and IT support personnel to troubleshoot issues in the IT system. He collaborates with many different contracts across countries like India, France, Germany, Japan, and Singapore. With over 50 airlines operating at Guangzhou International Airport, his responsibility is to ensure the system functions smoothly, facilitating seamless passenger check-ins for flights. His role is crucial in maintaining system integrity for both travelers and other operations. His 20 years of experience also includes customer facing role including his previous company at XXXX where he was also assisting customers.
